Need a perfect appetizer to serve to friends for a game night or while watching the game. I got you covered. What's a better combo than hot, soft pretzels with beer cheese dip? Nothing.I mean the gooey sauce dipped into pretzels are just perfect for an easy and quick throw together dish. If anything pairs well with beer, it’s a salty snack like pretzels.

  • 1 cup, divided Simple Truth Organic Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Simple Truth Organic Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz Simple Truth Soft Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup beer, I used a Belgian Style beer
  • 1 tsp Private Selection garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Private Selection paprika
  • 5+ 1 extra green onions, green parts chopped finely, plus 1 more for after baking
  • 4-6 bakery fresh soft pretzels
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. In a medium bowl, stir softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the grated cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of the grated mozzarella, stir to combine.

  3. Add the paprika, garlic powder, beer and green onions and stir until completely mixed.

  4. Scoop a few spoonfuls into 4 small baking dishes or one larger one and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella on top.

  5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until melted and top is golden.

  6. Half way though, add in the pretzels to heat up.

  7. Take pretzels and dip out of the oven, garnish the dip with 1 finely chopped green onion and serve while both are warm.
