  • 12-14 chicken wings drumettes and wingettes separated
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt additional salt to taste if needed
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • lime wedges, optional
  1. Bring wings to room temperature before cooking for at least an hour.

  2. Using a paper towel, oil the inside of the air fryer with the oil.

  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Mix the dry seasoning and toss the dry wings well. Place the chicken wings inside the Air Fryer basket.

  4. Set the Air Fryer temperature to 400F and the time for 20-22 minutes. Cook the wings in the Air Fryer, removing the basket half way to toss for even cooking.

  5. After the 20 minutes are up if the wings need a little more cooking, this will be different if your wings are larger in size. The smaller one cook for 20-22 minutes. Larger ones cook 22-25 minutes.

  6. Serve with celery with my EASY HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING. Leave them as is or coat in your favorite sauce. Squeeze a little lime, optional, but so good.
