Slice lime into 4 thin slices and cut a small slit for garnish. Add blueberries on a toothpick for garnish.
Use remaining lime and go around the rim of the champagne flutes. Dip the edges in sugar to create a sugar rim.
Add the ginger ale, fresh lime juice, lemonade in a cocktail mixer (or mason jar) filled with ice, mix together. With a strainer, divide into each glass. Add garnishes.
