Once all of your ingredients are prepped, add them to a large bowl and mix.
If serving all at once, add the arugula to a serving bowl and top with the finished tuna egg salad. Add the chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, and Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
Add a lemon wedge and squeeze overtop right before serving.
