Fire up the grill for these bright and flavorful Low-Carb Keto Grilled Sirloin Steak Kabobs. Marinated sirloin steak cooks beautifully next to peppers and onions to create a summer-ready main dish. Pair it with all of your keto-friendly sides!
Cut the steak into 1 ¼-inch cubes. Add to a shallow bowl and set aside.
In a large ziplock bag, add the steak and all of the marinade ingredients together. Move the bag around to ensure each piece of meat is covered. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours) in the fridge.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400-450℉).
Assemble the kabobs by threading the steak, onions, and bell peppers onto the skewers*, alternating as you go. Brush with olive oil and salt the veggies.
Place the kabobs directly on the grate of the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until the desired degree of doneness.
Serve with a side salad or your favorite sides.
Oven Instructions
Marinate the meat and assemble the kabobs. Then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet with a cooling rack. Cook the kabobs in a 425ºF oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Notes
* If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill. The best way to tell if your steak is cooked to your liking is by using an instant- read thermometer.
