Ingredients

tarragon
finely chopped

shallot

grainy mustard

Instructions
Finely chop the tarragon and shallot.
Add all the ingredients to a small jar, close the lid and shake well.
Serve with your favorite salad.
Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Notes
This would also be a great addition on top of potato salad, fish, or chicken.
