Ingredients

baguette
cut into 8 pieces

prosciutto
½
pound
Brie Cheese
cut into 16 thin slices
½
cup
preserves
I like marion-blackberry
Instructions
Cut bread into even 8 pieces, discarding the ends. Then cut in half horizontal.
Cut brie into thin slices. Spread preserves lightly on one side. Add in one or two pieces of prosciutto per sandwich.
Wrap sandwich with parchment paper and then wrap in twine. Enjoy!
