PROSCIUTTO, BRIE & JAM SANDWICH
This sweet, salty and creamy sandwich served on a baguette will have you licking your fingers after for sure.

INGREDIENTS

baguette, cut into 8 pieces
1
lb
thinly sliced prosciutto
1/2
lb
Murray's Brie Mini Cheese, slices into 16 thin slices
preserves, I like marion-blackberry
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut bread into even 8 pieces, discarding the ends. Then cut in half horizontal.
Cut brie into thin slices. Spread preserves lightly on one side. Add in one or two pieces of prosciutto per sandwich.
Wrap sandwich with parchment paper and then twine, optional. Enjoy!
