2miniPersian cucumbers, shaved
12fresh dill pieces
Cut ciabatta into 12 small even pieces, then cut in half.
Spread the cheese lightly on both sides of bread, add a piece of dill, a pieces of salmon and then shave the cucumber into thin strips using a peeler, add 2 folded pieces per sandwich. Cover with top and Enjoy!
