Whipped Brie cheese spread is a creamy and indulgent appetizer that's easy to make and perfect for any gathering. This versatile dip can be paired with toppings, like honey or chopped nuts, and served with an array of other snacks.
Take the brie cheese out of the fridge and using a sharp knife, cut the rind off, carefully not to remove too much of the cheese.
Cut into cubes and add to a food processor. Let it come to room temperature, then blend on high speed until smooth. Stop every minute to scrape the sides. (or use an eclectic mixer instead).
Once completely smooth, scrape into a serving bowl. Optional, top with chopped olives and fresh thyme leaves. Or you can make it sweet by drizzling honey or jam of choice. Serve with crackers, chips, baguette, or veggies.
