These Fizzy Pear Cocktails are just that – easy, with just three simple ingredients to combine. Fix a fun and festive cocktail that’s icy cold and refreshing. A pop of bubbles and pear juice adds the perfect balance.
Prosecco is what gives this cocktail its great sparkle – I’m using Ogio Prosecco, which has the perfect balance of apples and nectarines with a clean, dry finish. This sparkling wine is perfect for any celebration. Pairs well with the pear juice and 7UP.
The perfect combination of flavors for this easy winter cocktail made with pear juice, Ogio Prosecco and 7UP. Pair it with an easy Goat Cheese Crostini appetizer. Slice a baguette, toast it, top with goat cheese, pears, walnuts, a little drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of thyme.

FIZZY PEAR COCKTAIL
- 1 ½ cups pear juice
- 1- 8 oz can 7UP
- 2 cups Ogio Prosecco
- 4 thin slices of pear
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- Add all ingredients into mixing glass, stir well. Add ice into glasses along with slices of pear, divide mix into 4 glasses, add a sprig of thyme and enjoy.
GOAT CHEESE CROSTINI WITH PEAR, WALNUT AND HONEY
- 1 small baguette, sliced
- 1 log goat cheese, room temperature
- 1 red bartlett pear or your favorite variety, sliced thinly
- walnuts pieces, toasted
- fresh thyme leaves
- Cut baguette into ½” slices. Toast sliced baguette for 5 minutes at 450 F. Let cool.
- Toast walnut pieces in a pan until slightly golden. Let cool.
- Spread goat cheese on top, add 3 thin slices of pear on each crostini. Top pears with walnuts, drizzle with honey and add a few small leaves of fresh thyme on top.
- Enjoy with cocktails.
